  • HOW CAN I ORDER?

    Ordering from GIB is quite simple: After adding the chosen items to the shopping cart, click on the »Checkout« option. We recommend creating a customer account to place an order. You can become a new customer in the process of your order, and you then you will be automatically logged in. If you already have a customer account, you can easily log in using your user details (email addresses and passwords). You will then be guided through the order process in three steps (address - method of payment - order confirmation).

  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

    There is no minimum value for your GIB orders.

  • CAN I ALSO ORDER ABROAD?

    We deliver jewelry all over the world. Customs, duties and taxes are not included and vary by country.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS SOLD OUT?

    Don't worry, there's still a chance it'll be available again. Unfortunately, we are unable to tell you exactly when this will happen, but we will let you know as soon as the product becomes available again. Open the detailed product information page and select the size you want. Then enter your email to be notified.

Payment

  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE AVAILABLE?

    You can choose between the following payment options: credit card payment, PayPal, cash on delivery and bank transfer.

  • WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY INVOICE?

    You will receive an invoice via e-mail as soon as we send you the order.

  • CAN I GET AN INVOICE ON BEHALF OF MY COMPANY?

    No, it is not possible to have a corporate customer account at GIB.

  • HOW IS VAT REPORTED?

    VAT is of course stated in each invoice separately.

  • CAN I ALSO ORDER WITHOUT VAT (TAX-FREE)?

    Tax-free orders are not possible.

  • CAN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to purchase in installments.

Shipping and shipping costs

  • WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

    The delivery time of products that are in stock is 2-4 working days.

  • IS IN-STORE PICKUP POSSIBLE?

    You can pick up your jewelry in person in the center of Prague at OD KOTVA, nam. Republiky 8, Prague 1 (Mon – Sun 9.00–20.00).

  • IF I WERE TO CHOOSE IN-STORE PICKUP WHEN ORDERING, HOW LONG WILL IT BE BOOKED FOR ME?

    Booking time is negotiable. You can indicate in the order note when you want to pick up the order, and we will count on this date. If you want to book the goods for a longer period of time, please inform us in advance on tel. +420 778 038 666 or by e-mail [email protected]

  • HOW MUCH DOES TRANSPORT COST?

    Standard transport and packaging are up to CZK 100 for the Czech Republic and most foreign countries. Express delivery may be charged.

  • How long will it take for my jewelry to be delivered?

    We usually ship the jewelry we have in stock within 2 working days of receiving the order, or from receiving the payment to our account (for non-cash payment). We usually deliver jewelry to order within 2 weeks. In exceptional cases, for custom-made jewelry and for rings where it is necessary to adjust the size, the delivery time may be longer.

  • I NEED JEWELRY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IS EXPRESS DELIVERY POSSIBLE?

    If you need to meet a specific date, please let us know in a note at the end of the order or contact us before creating an order. In most cases, express delivery is not an issue (fees may apply).

  • DO YOU SEND JEWELRY ABROAD?

    Yes, we ship jewelry worldwide. Customs duties and taxes are not included and vary by country. For transport to the EU

Returning goods

  • HOW CAN I RETURN GOODS?

    Each of our shipments contains a delivery note as well as the documents needed to return the goods.

  • HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A PRODUCT?
    1. Pack the goods in the same package in which they were delivered.
    2. Pack a return form inside.
    3. Stick the label on the tightly closed package.
    4. Bring the package to the nearest Czech Post branch.

    If the delivered goods are not in order, you can, of course, return them free of charge, stating the reason for the return. Once the item arrives and has been reviewed, we will refund your money in the manner you previously selected as your form of payment. Simply order a new product from our e-shop.

  • IS A DIRECT EXCHANGE OF RETURNED GOODS POSSIBLE?

    Unfortunately, the direct exchange of goods is not possible. However, you can make a complaint about the product, and as soon as the item arrives and is checked, we will refund your money in the manner you have previously chosen as the method of payment. Simply order a new product from our e-shop.

  • HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN GOODS?

    You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. More information on how to return goods to GIB can be found in the document General Terms and Conditions.

  • DO I GET A CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF MY SHIPMENT?

    Yes, after we receive your return shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TRANSFER OF MONEY TO AN ACCOUNT?

    The amount will be credited to your account within 14 days from the moment we receive and check the returned goods. The money will be refunded in the manner you have chosen for payment.
