Shipping and Payment

We ship worldwide with Packeta — to pickup points and to your address. The shipping price is calculated by destination and shown at checkout before you complete the order.

In-store pickup is available at our boutique at Betlémské náměstí 259/11, Prague.

In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within a few working days. Pieces that are not in stock are handmade for you — the lead time is usually up to 10 working days and is stated on the product page.

You can pay by card, bank transfer and other methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by the secure Shopify checkout; card details never reach us.

All prices include VAT. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and local taxes on delivery, payable by the recipient.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier on receipt and contact us at help@gibjewels.com — we will sort it out for you.
